first off, how is the credentials of the vetting team or personnel?
I believe this should be the important factor when people want to use this kind of service

kein: credentials could be either branding or track record, but I reckon track record would be more relevant. or word of mouth recommendations?

i agree with honda-san… but heck, if you can get testimonials from successful candidates then i dun really care abt credentials anyway.

kein: the results matter more than the credentials hmm?

maybe can get some HR personnels from various MNCs to freelance as the people who vet?

They get will get paid in peanuts for every letter/resume vetted

kein: hmm, that requires a fair bit of networking. gd idea though
